Low rates and low copays- apparently it has to be one or the other...

ok- first of all- I was covered when I worked for Horsham and that was ok- money came out of my paycheck but my copays were nice and low. But when I quit Horsham and began waitressing, I had to go on Cobra- which sucked! I was paying like 4-500 hundred a month, but at least I still had good copays. Then when I went back to school I switched to the school insurance program, and only paid about four hundred for the year- which is great BUT - now Im paying practically full price for my perscriptions- which I have a lot of. I even called my psychiatrist to see if we can put me on some cheaper drugs- if there is such a thing or if i can ween off my medicine, which I shouldn't have to do! My mother ended up stocking up on free samples when she saw her regular doctor, to soften the blow.
I also recently found out that my psychiatrist is ordering medicine from Canada, because drugs are so expensive here.
I just want low rates and low copays- but apparently it has to be one or the other.
