Read more »ok- first of all- I was covered when I worked for Horsham and that was ok- money came out of my paycheck but my copays were nice and low. But when I quit Horsham and began waitressing, I had to go on Cobra- which sucked!

I was admitted into the emergency room unconscious and given several VERY expensive tests. Luckily my insurance paid for them, but when the insurance statement sent me a statement of the services they had paid for it scared me. I didn’t know what some of them were or what they were for and I didn’t know who to ask- or what I would have done if they hadn’t paid..
